Toni is the National Director of Australian Baptist Women and the Director of NT Baptist Women
She is also one of the pastors on the team at Darwin Baptist Church. Toni is married to Richard and they have 4 teenage children. One of her deep passion is that women might find their identity and value in God. She loves to see women being equipped and empowered to know Christ better and to live and serve in the power of His Spirit.
She loves spending time with her family and sharing life and good coffee with her friends.
Sue is the Director of Queensland Baptist Women and joint President of BWUSWP(Baptist Women’s Union of the South West Pacific). Her passion is to see women fully embrace the freedom, healing and grace that is found in our beautiful God. Sue is also the founder and producer of the She is… events in Queensland where she gets to engage with women to tell them of their worth in Christ. She lives in rural Queensland with her pastor husband, two daughters and a growing population of guinea pigs.
Karen Wilson is the State Director for Baptist Women in WA and an executive Minister at Riverview Church in Perth.She loves God, loves her family, loves coffee and movies, loves being adventurous and loves connecting with women all over the world.

After a decade of silent preparation God is gathering women together for something new. Christine has been appointed to facilitate this new state leadership team in helping women connect with each other for growing mature faith holistically in South Australia.
Formerly a teacher, Christine works as a counsellor/coach and is passionate about helping people heal wounded hearts and develop emotionally and spiritually.
Christine attends Blackwood Hills Baptist Church. She has been married for 40 years and has four children and 3 beautiful grandchildren.
Sue Cossgrove as Director of Women to Women leads a team that seeks to Encourage, Equip and Empower Women through Day Conferences, Time Out Retreats and Coffee Connection visits through out NSW & ACT. Connecting through real relationships, with God and others is our focus as we use our events, e-newsletter, Facebook and webpage.
Forty years of sharing with her husband Alan in ministry has given her a wide range of experience. The passion and love for women that she has was used to lead and mentor women to discover freedom and their potential that God has given them.

Jan Dobson is the State Director for Tasmanian Baptist Women. Jan has faithfully served as the women’s leader for many years and has seen the importance of ministry to women throughout the apple isle. Tasmanian Baptist Women gather together regularly for ‘Time Out’ retreats.
Dot is the National Administrator of Australian Baptist Women. She is on the staff at Darwin Baptist Church in the capacity of Administrator, elder and Worship Director. She is married to Greg and they have three adult children. She enjoys good music, good books and is looking forward to becoming a grandmother.
